As a certified Holistic Core Restore® coach, I provide structured programmes that support pelvic‑floor and core function, helping women regain strength, confidence, and full daily movement—whether they’re returning to sport, rebuilding after birth, or recovering from gynaecological surgery. My aim is to offer safe, effective, and supportive therapy that helps every client feel stronger, move better, and understand their body with greater confidence.
